American rap artist K Camp was born Kristopher Campbell on April 27th, 1990 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  His family moved to Atlanta, Georgia while he was still a little kid. They also encouraged his growing interest in music which he quickly proved he had a talent for. He formed a rap group while he was in high school but they quickly went their separate ways. He started pursuing a solo career and taking his music more seriously so he began performing at local open mic nights around the area. By 2009 he had gained a lot of notoriety in the Atlanta rap scene. Finally by 2014 he signed a deal with Interscope Records and released his debut EP. Since then, he’s continued to put out chart topping singles and perform for sold out shows.
